Cannon Beach Oregon ... Saturday 11am 05Dec2009. Temp - 35. Sunrise 741a. Sunset 431p. In the sun, it is great, out of the sun it is cold. The wave action was spectacular. The surf was pounding some big waves against the rocks at Haystack. Cannon Beach is now all decorated up for Haystack Holidays. For an all American small town Christmas Experience, don't miss Cannon Beach during December. The annual Lamplighting is today at 4pm at Sandpiper Square.
