No off-season rates. 30 day cancellation for a full refund less a $25 handling fee. Later cancellations forfeit the deposit or apply it to another time. No refunds for early departure. Check In is 3:00 P.M. and Check Out is 12:00 Noon There is no maid service. Cottage is to be left reasonably clean.
