There are 4 upstairs spaces in Village Centre, none are available for lease at this time although there is an opportunity to partner in Suite 211. Arriba Gallery has just opened there and is looking for someone who has a business that could be run from a desk and computer in the gallery. Suite 205 is upstairs and is currently leased. Features include approx. 500 square feet of (gross) floor space, small deck, new carpet, bathroom with a shower, operable skylight, foyer front entry off the skybridge, and rear entry.

Suite 211 (pictured) is the new home of Arriba Gallery. It has 696 square feet (gross) and is also upstairs. Features include three skylights (1 operable), carpeting, vaulted ceilings, bathroom and window display space on the ground floor. There are two entries - one off the street and one off the skybridge which connects to Suite 202.
