There are 4 upstairs suites in Village Centre, Two are available for lease at this time.

Suite 205 (Arriba Gallery) is available. Features include approx. 500 square feet, small deck, new carpet, bathroom with a shower, operable skylight, foyer front entry off the skybridge, and rear entry.

Suite 202 is also available. It features approx. 750 square feet, 3 skylights (two are operable), vaulted ceilings, new carpet and a bathroom. Also included is a display window on the ground floor (yellow window in photo above) and a shared foyer with Suite 205.

Suite 211 (pictured) is the new dining room of Pizza a Fetta. It is not available. It is approximatly 700 square feet and shares a skybridge with Suite 202. Features include three skylights (1 operable), bathroom, carpeting, and vaulted ceilings. There are two entries - one through Pizza a Fetta's downstairs restaurant and one off the skybridge which connects to Suite 202.
Suite 208 is the home of Panache Salon. It is not available. It is the furthest back of four upstairs suites in Village Centre. It is approx. 400 square feet of (gross) floor space plus a small deck. Features include a bathroom, vaulted ceilings and a large skylight. It is a corner space with great natural lighting and cross ventilation.
