Mark's message: Wednesday 815am 16May2012. Clouds to the NW and sunshine east of us..... today's forecast, low of 42, high of 63 with partly cloudy skies, with 20% chance of rain. WNW 4-5ft @ 6-10 sec's this morning with WNW winds 5-10mph, water temp at 53. Later today, swell will start to build to 7ft with WNW winds 10-15mph. Cannon Beach Forecast: Thurs: NW 7-8ft @ 10 sec's with NW winds 3-8mph, low of 42, high of 60, partly cloudy and 20% Friday: NW 6-7ft @ 12 sec's with light NW Winds, 40/55, partly cloudy and 20% Sat: WNW 3-4ft @ 15 sec's with light NNE winds, 44/61, Mostly Sunny and 10% Sun: WSW 2ft @ 15 sec's with light SE winds, 50/58, partly cloudy and 30% Mon: WSW 3-4ft @ 13 sec's with SE winds 8-10mph, 53/55, clouds and 50% Tues: WSW 6ft @ 10 sec's with SSW winds 10--20mph, 49/55, clouds and 60% This is one of those mornings, where a 6am paddle out would have been great........ but.... the wonders of being self employed.... we had a bunch of stuff going on in the Beach Store...... Have a couple more chances....... maybe this weekend, or Monday morning, IF ... the work gods will smile down....... For those lucky enough to get out for some fun...... GET SOME!!
